Dr. Ashley Dieguez is a graduate of Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine—War Eagle! Growing up in Birmingham, Alabama, she was surrounded by veterinary medicine from an early age. Her grandfather practiced both large and small animal medicine in Cuba before continuing his work in the U.S., and her father is also a small animal veterinarian. Inspired by their passion and dedication, Dr. Dieguez knew from a young age that she wanted to follow in their footsteps.

Since joining Animal Care Center in July 2025, Dr. Dieguez has enjoyed establishing herself within the Panama City Beach veterinary community and building meaningful relationships with clients and their pets. She was drawn to the area for its warm weather, fresh seafood, and coastal charm. Dr. Dieguez lives locally with her husband, Caleb—whom she met at Auburn—and their two dogs, a 4-year-old husky and a corgi who joined the family in August 2025.

Dr. Dieguez enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine and has particular interests in oncology and surgery.
